Mrs. Personti has over 18 years of experience in behavioral health and specializes in program development, implementation, quality assurance and consultation. Mrs. Personti obtained her Master’s Degree in Mental Health Counseling from Springfield College, after obtaining a Bachelor’s Degree in Human Services with a Criminal Justice focus. Mrs. Personti is a Licensed Chemical Dependency Professional, a Certified Alcohol and Drug Counselor, a Certified Co-Occurring Disorders Professional-Diplomat, and a Certified Prevention Specialist. Mrs. Personti has worked in the field of Behavioral Health since 1998, within many different modalities of treatment, and is currently the CEO of Bracebridge Hall. Mrs. Personti has specialized training in trauma informed care, medication assisted recovery, forensic mental health counseling, crisis management, criminal justice and justice involved populations, adolescent treatment, disease education, harm reduction, substance abuse and violence prevention. Mrs. Personti was trained as an Overdose Prevention Trainer and Naloxone Educator through the DOPE Project in San Francisco, California, which is a model Overdose Prevention Program that is part of the National Harm Reduction Coalition. After earning his Doctor of Osteopathic medicine from the Philadelphia College of Osteopathic Medicine, he completed a Family Medicine residency at Christiana Hospital in Newark, Delaware. Dr. Harris is Board Certified in Family Medicine, and has practiced as a family care physician and addiction treatment professional throughout the mid-Atlantic area region for the last 20 years.More
Heather Frye is a Board-Certified Psychiatric-Mental Health Nurse Practitioner and serves as the Clinical Director at Recovery Centers of America, Bracebridge Hall. Heather came to RCA from Drexel University, her alma mater, where she served as the Track Director for the PMHNP Program. Heather specializes in the assessment and treatment of co-occurring disorders and collaborates intensely with the clinical team to individualize patient care. She has co-presented Give Power to Word of Mouth: Adding a Clinical Education Component to a Community Service Program on Heroin at the International Nurses Society on Addiction conference and presented Spread HOPE (Heroin Opioids Public Education): Nursing Pearls for Patient Education at the Delaware Nurses Association Annual Conference.More
Teedo joined Bracebridge Hall, RCA in September 2016 as a nurse practitioner and quickly moved into the Associate Medical Director position by February 2017, becoming a strong advocate for addiction recovery. Entering the field through paramedicine in 2010, Teedo soon found her passion in nursing and finalized her formal education from Wilmington University in 2013 as a Board-Certified Master of Science in Nursing with a specialization in Family Nurse Practice. Through her work as an Emergency Department Travel Nurse along the east coast, Teedo is passionate about giving back to communities in need. Teedo has traveled and used her professional skills to provide care to outlying villages in Managua, Nicaragua with the Nicaraguan American Nurses Association.
