I can not thank select staff enough for their continued support and never giving up on me. Two staff members were key players during my stay at BBH. I can't leave it at that...The RSS have also been helpful, the food is top notch, the facility is beautiful and clean. The nurses are always on point and I continue to grow emotionally, spiritually and physically every day.

Bracebridge Hall was a pillar in my recovery. It set the foundation of a better life that I wanted to live, the staff was able to help me unlike any treatment facility that I have been to. They cared about my well being and would go to any length to help me and my recovery. I am appreciative of everything they have done for me and would recommend this facility to any person.

Great
My son is there. He has no complaints about the facility. He's been in state run facilities and trust me when I say this place is above and beyond EVERYTHING other facilities have offered him. The staff is friendly and attentive to their needs. Even going as far as listening to ideas and concerns of the clients, which, as a result, some changes have been made. It is a very comfortable place helping to keep the client stress level low. They are all fed very well, their meals are very good. My son has no complaints about the food and it's always plentiful. They truly care about the clients. My son has built relationships with the staff. Counseling is also very good. For both my son and our family. He has told me that his counseling goes beyond the twice weekly he is seen. He has homework! Meaning, things he does between his sessions that is reported back to the counselir next time he's seen. I also have found the family counseling sessions to be extremely helpful for me. This is required one hour before each visit and I'm very happy they have implemented this. I can't say enough about this facility. Unfortunately, myson has been to several rehabs. I see a huge difference in Bracebridge and am very happy in his care tgere. I could go on and on, and the few things I could say that needs improved isn't even worth mentioning. Thank you Bracebridge! For giving my son a fighting chance. I am so grateful!

Oh where do I begin .... this place lacks the simple act of communication !!! My husband was there for 8 days before i had spoken to a counselor. When I finally got his counselor on the phone he was extremely rude to me ! He spent more time arguing with me about phone calls that he supposedly made to me that were never made ! He informed me my husband was being released in a few days which in turn I questioned why I wasn't made aware. Turns out he was talking about a different patient !!!! He had my husband mixed up with someone else and was giving me that persons informafion!!!!! I spoke to a supervisor and was assured my husband was not being released and that he was doing well. I went to visit my husband a few days later and everything seemed to be going well. We had made plans to visit again : days later .. until I got a phone call the next day saying my husband was being transferred to a different facility an hour away. The biggest issue I have with this place is the fact that the woman in charge of handling my husbands disability paperwork "misplaced" of and never sent it to his job !! That in turn meant that my husband did not get a paycheck and I have to wait a month for his paycheck !!!! There was no apology just attitude given to me when I confronted this woman. This is an already stressful time and my husbands pay getting messed up just added more stress. I have 2 kids , a mortgage a car payment and bills that all need to be paid !!! To me this place spends more money making the facility into a luxury rehab than it does hiring trained competent people!!!!!
