I've been sober almost 3 years now. This treatment center helped me learn the tool coping methods and everything I needed. I have my self esteem back. Strengths included: counselors, rules, groups, one on one meetings, activities and church.

It's hard to say how effective this program is, as drug abuse and dependence is such a hard addiction to overcome. I believe this facility tried to help my loved one as best they could, but he was not ready to receive it. Group therapy was a great benefit. However, there were no holistic therapies.

This facility does not have even one counselor including the man who runs it that has ever had any kind of addiction themselves. I as a recovering addict can relate to one better that actually understands and has been through similar not who is just book educated on it.

A 7-14 day inpatient program that tried to hold me for 30 days inpatient because of my insurance. It\'s a good program but I think they allow the business side of the program interfere with the actual treatment.

A caring team dedicated to helping my mother recover. I didn't see her as much as I would have liked. My mother recieved the help she needed. Sadly it wasn't lasting help because she is back to her old ways.

Strengths: Strong direction towards AA and NA. Great staff. Great compasion for patients needs. Weaknesses: Size of facility. This program saved my life. The staff is awesome and treats its patients with respect. Nice facility with great medical and psyche staff. Highly recommended

I am so thankful to Powell and the staff for what they did for me, I only wish I would have followed the advice they gave to me just a little more closely and I probably would still have the same sobriety date. Knock on wood that I won't have to change it again. I relapsed 4 years after leaving the facility because I made the decision to stop doing what I knew I needed to do to stay sober
