Joe is currently serving a second term as Chairman of the Board of Advanced Behavioral Health – a provider-organized and sponsored managed care organization vital to the state’s (DMHAS) treatment system. Glenn has extensive experience managing both the operations and financial affairs of organizations. Glenn joined MCCA in 2008 and is responsible for the financial health and well-being of the agency.
