Our therapeutic and philosophical framework utilizes Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) to support our patients in achieving long-lasting behavior changes based on acceptance and mindfulness practices. We also engage our patients in intensive shame reduction and self-compassion work as well as trauma therapy grounded in attachment theory and movement therapy.

Susan Kerr, RN
Executive Director

She earned her Nursing Degrees at Erlanger Nursing School in 1985 and the University of Tennessee at Chattanooga in 1989. She is a seasoned behavioral health professional who brings a broad range of management, program development and clinical expertise to her current position of Executive Director.

Clinical Director

Dr. Gail Gnade has been a Clinical Psychologist in the state of Tennessee since 1993. She is a graduate of Fuller Theological Seminary with Ph.D. in Clinical Psychology and a Master’s Degree in Theology. Dr. Gnade specialities include Depression, Mood Disorders, Anxiety, Obsessive Compulsive Disorder, Eating disorders of all types, Addictions including Sexual/Pornography and Personality Disorders.
