Facility Highlights

Stabilization Program

Castlewood Treatment Center is pleased to offer a CBT/DBT Stabilization Program within our Residential, Day Treatment, and Step Down programs. This clinical track is designed for clients who admit to our Residential Program and need increased focus on eating disorder or self harm symptom stabilization or who require stabilization of PTSD symptoms before they can fully take advantage of our regular programming. This track is also available for clients who are struggling with relapsing symptoms after admission into Step Down or Day Treatment levels of care.

Residential Treatment

Castlewood Treatment Centers has three residential treatment facilities, each with its own clinical staff, unique look and therapeutic community. Click below for more information on each of our locations in St. Louis and Monterey.

Treatment Center Philosophy

Set 25 minutes outside of the Lambert-St. Louis International Airport, Castlewood offers state-of-the-art addiction treatment for eating disorders. Rather than simply focus on the symptoms, the residential rehab works on treating the underlying issues of the illness, offering individualized care that’s tailored to each client. The facility also addresses co-occurring disorders such as OCD, social anxiety disorder, major depression, generalized anxiety, substance abuse and PTSD. In a non-judgmental and highly supportive setting, clients learn to come to terms with their illness and develop coping skills for a healthy and fulfilling life in recovery.
