Excellent
My brother has been in and out of places like this for his bipolarism and alcoholism. This one was excellent as they've all been. Ability to get my brother back on his meds and the counseling they provided. This was in 2015 and so far he's been fine.

It has been almost 4 years since I was admitted to an aurora facility. I was 16 years old and had some of the most neglectful treatment I could have imagined from a health facility... my initial 3 day stay turned into 8 days because the doctor couldn\'t be bothered to actually see me. I could never in good conscience recommend admitting your child or any loved one to an aurora facility.

warehouse for psychiatric patients this facility should be closed down in my opinion. patients were treated like prisoners in having to walk one by one in line, therapy seemed to be non-existent, the assigned doctor was very rude and abrupt and the facility was dirty, especially the dining room had paint and tiles falling off the ceiling.

Horrible. My loved one went in for therapy and was pressured into staying. These people prey on vulnerable youth who don\'t know they have a right to speak up. They only seem interested in the money.

This place is horrible. I went to aurora to find out about what counseling or group therapy they may have and was questioned into staying. This is a horrible place that loves money. Go to see about what counseling they may have and prepare to be punished!

My brother was taken in by this facility in Glendale, forcibly, after having a Schizophrenic breakdown in another treatment center. The nurses were very kind, and from what he claimed, everyone was very kind and supportive, except one substitute doctor. However, nothing the Doctor or Case Manager claimed they would did they ever complete. They did not submit an SMI evaluation. They did not adequately help us find a next transitional step before releasing him. In fact, they simply offered to take him into their PHP program and provided a list of halfway houses, many of which were actually drug houses. In fact, they gave me less than 24 hours notice that he would be discharged, and offered to take him to a homeless shelter if I did not come to get him then. If I did not live somewhat near Phoenix (I live in Tucson), he would have likely ended up in a worse and much more dangerous state than before.

This place is HORRIBLE!!!! I took my 18 year old there for therapy...they admitted her for a stay. They placed her in with women and MEN who were disruptive...she is 18 but still in high school and a child! She also has crhons and is on a special diet and they are not adhering to her special diet so all she has eaten is bread for 3 days. She signed an AMA to be released. She calls me constantly crying and sobbing. How is this suppose to help her depression???? Her anxiety??? HORRIBLE!
