Very Good
Cleanliness, proper care - when I walked in it was clean like a hospital. but some of the treatments are not what I think they should've been

This place is in the middle of Fairfield between miles college and Westlake mall which is a terrible neighborhood. Most of the staff are pretty bias...If you ask them for something they act like you\'ve ruined they\'re day. Also, it\'s government funded and a lot of the patients come because it was here or jail. The food was good and I would say it\'s better than jail but don\'t come here if you have a choice. Bottom line it\'s a government \"business\", not a real business, so they\'re getting paid either way.

Great
I was detoxing off pain medication and nerve medication. I had no insurance and was scared so badly because I had no clue as to what type of place I was going to. I'm so glad I choose Pearson Hall! Good food, safe detox, awesome staff and councilor. The overall treatment I would give a 4. For the financial bind I was in, and with me having no insurance, I will still able to be safely detoxed and really caring people. I chose to not seek more treatment, which I now regret!! I believe it takes a little longer and wished I did follow up with a program they could have helped with. There were 4-6 group sessions a day beside weekends. You do also the first 3 days, if not feeling good can stay in, but group meetings is what brings you back to life again and builds and motivates you! Even just the staff that watches you is very concerned in your sobriety and it means a lot!! For the money, which had to be paid after my stay, it was the best thing I should have done! I actually enjoyed this facility and loved their ways!
