Staff is great, kind, and very supportive. Good food, excursions, wonderful behavioral techs, nurses, and therapists. Also, very tidy! Oh, and they clean and fold your laundry. Can’t leave that out.
I knew i had a problem and i needed help. I had never asked for help in the past, and i am glad i made the decision to reach out to Banyan. From the moment i called the admissions office a sence of comfort came to me. Banyan worked with me and literally called to check on me every day before i came. The detox is beautiful! The PHP program literally taught me how to grow up and be a productive member of society. The accountabillity is outstanding. The staff is outstanding! They know exactly how i felt as they are in recovery themselves. This was a major factor that brought me comfort. I cannot say enough about how much the staff helped me. I had never in my life, been surrounded by soo many people that genuinely just wanted me to be happy. Most of all, Banyan Treatment center showed me how to have faith in myself. I went to Banyan and after completing my stay, i was introduced to the alumni program they have! They are always here for me when i need them. It is amazing to see how many people that Banyan Treatment center has helped. They hold events, meetings, as well as a network of support systems. From the initial phone call, they showed me that for the first time in my life, I WAS WORTH IT! If i said i was completely satisfied, it would be an understatement...
